Countries protest against Japan's attack on China

In 1937, Japan invaded China.To protest against Japan's attack on China, countries like the United States of America (USA) cut off their oil supply to Japan. Japan then set their sights on Southeast Asia which was rich in oil and other raw materials. The Chinese suffered the most under the Japanese.The Japanese saw them as a threat as there was great resistance when they invaded China in 1937.
